Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken in a baking dish or tray.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Add garlic, lemon slices, and herbs around the chicken.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes for a deeper flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Avoid overcrowding the tray to ensure crispy skin.
