Instructions
In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the fish evenly and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, carrot, onion, coriander, lime juice, and salt in a large bowl. Toss well and refrigerate until needed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili flakes, and salt to make the sauce.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
Assemble the tacos by adding slaw to each tortilla, followed by pieces of fish.
Drizzle with creamy sauce and top with avocado slices, jalapeños, coriander, and lime wedges.
Serve immediately while warm and fresh.
Notes
Fresh white fish gives the best flavor and texture.
Corn tortillas provide a more authentic taco experience.
For extra heat, add chipotle sauce or hot salsa.
The slaw and sauce can be prepared ahead of time.
Avoid overcooking the fish to keep it moist and tender.
