Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Reserve 2 tablespoons of noodle water before draining.
In a bowl, whisk together sesame paste, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and reserved noodle water until smooth.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced pork or beef and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
