Ingredients
1 sheet ready-made puff pastry
8–10 fresh figs, sliced
150g ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry onto a lined baking tray.
Score a 1-inch border around the pastry edge without cutting through.
Spread the ricotta evenly inside the border.
Arrange the sliced figs over the ricotta layer.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Drizzle with the remaining honey.
